This is my desperate plea for all of my readers and twitter followers and friends to take time out of their busy schedules and vote Hartford in the Hartford Advocates Best of Hartford 2010 poll.
There are tons of categories to vote for your favorite everything in the Hartford area. The key though is to vote for businesses within the city limits that work day in and day out to make Hartford great. This is the place to give a shout out to your favorite local coffee shop in the city or your favorite bartender, politician, or place for a Margarita. Please don't be intimidated by all of the categories. You do not have to vote for all of them. But please take your time and try your best.
1st place winners receive a blurb in the Advocate and online. 2nd and 3rd place winners get the names of their businesses or themselves in the Advocate and online. I also believe winners somehow get plaques that they can put up in their businesses. I have seen them around the area for previous winners and I hope we can create some more for Hartford this year.
