After 20 years at 65 Pratt Street in downtown Hartford signs line the windows of H-L Unlimited that the store is going out of business. The business thanks their generous customers who have served them over the years.
This is not good news at all as Pratt Street vacancies appear to be at record highs. Despite the addition of 2 new restaurants over the last year or so Sweet Jane's Rock N Roll Cafe shut its doors as well as the Fiona Stone Boutique. These new vacancies add to the already multiple retail vacancies on the street.
